The only way I’d justify using a baton is if we were outnumbered and fighting for our lives... and even then, only until someone hits me back with it.
If you play with fire, you get burned...
Here's my take. That guy Zot was saying how we're older and lived through those old neighborhood turf wars. It was intense, but nobody really messed with anyone else... even Riya didn't care. Then the BBB showed up and everything moved to the stadiums. Funny enough, once they arrived, those local street fights stopped because the BBB acted as a pressure valve. Every neighborhood had its own ringleaders. Even out on the edge of town in a Suburban neighborhood, where certain people actually needed daily passes just to get by.🤣

Flekica and Ragib are just two sides of the same coin...😍

We’ve had guys permanently disabled by stones, someone from the Riot Squad lost an eye, thank God nobody died in that fire in Phoenix... the question is, when is someone actually going to die? And then what? More hypocritical ceasefires and empty slogans...
We need to face facts and have the older generation mentor the younger ones about boundaries, even if it's tough when the adrenaline hits. There have to be rules and respect...
And I'll say it again, people shouldn't even be posting this here for reasons you all know well...
Talk about "mentoring" when they were the ones causing chaos back when belts were the main accessory
It's not like we needed that kind of help 🤷
Everything Al Capone wrote sounds great, but he totally forgot that those guys were in the exact same boat. The Bad Boys thing didn't influence the naming at all—back then, everyone was obsessed with that Italian disco group Backstreet Boys. Even that big guy mentioned can vouch for that, since he’s still kicking and living at the same address ☕
And as for the myths and legends... the biggest lie is that there was nowhere worth seeing until damn '86. If that were true, I wouldn't know where my friends and I got those patterns from, like gas stations, Athens, or Buffalo 🤷
