Investigation, how on earth would you even know who that gentleman is???

Is the whole point of this enrollment just some cheap shot at grammar, or is it about being a die-hard fanatic and an athlete? Or maybe you’re just trying to be one of those three banks—the festive local, the poet, and the artist—just like Lucky? 😵

It always seems like people just love mocking grammar, doesn't it? It’s become this constant, predictable cycle where everyone feels entitled to play the pedant, tearing apart how someone speaks or writes just to feel a sense of intellectual superiority. It’s honestly exhausting to watch. People get so caught up in whether a comma is in the right spot or if a verb tense is technically perfect that they completely miss the actual point being made. It’s like watching a guy at a baseball game scream about the exact angle of the pitcher's elbow while the runner is clearly sliding into home base; you're focusing on such a tiny, technical detail that you've lost sight of the entire game. We spend all this energy nitpicking the mechanics of communication instead of actually engaging with the substance, turning what should be a conversation into a shallow exercise in linguistic policing. 🙂...

I first started following Hajduk Split back when I was just eleven years old in '94; my very first big match was against FC Barcelona down in Miami. Fast forward to this most recent game in the suburbs, and I ended up meeting Dida, who’s ninety-two years old now. He’s been a lifelong subscriber to the club, living his life out by the Great Wall, yet at ninety-two, he’s still showing up to support Hajduk Split. You have to hand it to him—he’s surprisingly agile and keeps moving like a much younger man. He spends half the time spinning yarns about the old days, but he constantly hammers home one specific point: that the current stadium is a massive blunder. This guy has dedicated his entire existence to the team and he knows exactly what he's talking about when he insists that they should have just renovated the old grounds and expanded there instead; if they had, nobody in Miami would ever stand a chance against us. Honestly, when it comes to that specific issue, I think he’s absolutely spot on....

It looks like the cops might pull the plug on the game in San Diego because of security concerns... man,
