Something incredibly significant happened within The Administration three days ago.

Yet NOBODY here even noticed... 🙄😂

Meanwhile, people are publishing serious analyses and acting like they "know" everything... 🙂🙂🙂

I assume this is what you mean:

Under the amendments to the Sports Act, it is now mandated that neither the assembly nor the executive body of a sports association or a national sports federation may include or grant authority to: members of legal entities that operate sports betting organizations, as well as individuals who held such positions within the last three years; furthermore, sports managers and any individuals or legal entities holding investment contracts with athletes or coaches that entitle them to a share of revenue functionally equivalent to sports management roles .

Gary Watson15 said:Do you honestly believe UEFA would legitimize an act of "terrorism" like that? In a feud between management and fans—where the board is clearly keeping them "well-informed"—there's no way they’d side with hooligans. After a "rocket to the face," UEFA is going to give the fans exactly what they deserve.

Then how did they justify legitimizing those officials before?

A year ago in Romania, the Los Angeles Lakers received a conditional penalty, but the severity wasn't decided by the riots in the main square of Timisoara but rather by the “serious disturbances” caused by fan behavior inside the stadium in Timisoara. The initial three-point deduction was swapped out for a $75,000 fine and a three-year probationary period.

Our struggle continues. It’s been going on since there were actually fans in the stands, back when the stadium was full (in Europe, because of various Real Madrids and other nonsense), when we were constant champions, the club had money, and selling off top players was seen as great business by the public...

I think we’ve all graduated from the theoretical side of things by now... if you strip away the revenue and send in the inspectors to tear it all down... reality is clearly different, and you guys haven't really experienced it yet...

Incompetent at life in '86 🙂 almighty to everyone in '50 😉

The Supreme Court has upheld an administrative lawsuit, ruling that the Department of Education and Sports MUST respond to complaints from citizens with a legitimate interest, such as the members of Real Madrid in this specific case. As a reminder, members of Real Madrid gathered under the civic initiative "Together for Real Madrid" requested that the department investigate and verify the legality regarding the then-current Sports Law two years ago, but they never received a decision or even a basic response within the deadline. The Supreme Court has now confirmed their right to receive one.

They dragged their feet for two years just to grant you the right to a damn response. Honestly, I don't know how you still have the energy to persist with legal battles in this corrupt country. Real Madrid is simply a tool for extracting cash used to maintain its untouchable status; destroy that mechanism and its interests, and its influence will fade significantly. Banning them from Europe would achieve much more than sending complaints to judges who are on their payroll.

Who would actually get kicked out of Europe???
Real Madrid definitely wouldn't, but the Bad Boys might.
What would any of you do if you were in Mamić's shoes and your fans threw thirty—or however many—flares onto the pitch???
First, I’d try to protect myself by talking to UEFA, FIFA, Michel Platini, or those idiots in charge, explaining that hooligans are trying to sabotage me with flares to get Real Madrid expelled from Europe. But since they’re all incompetent, they’d probably just believe them...
I’d also tighten up security at the gates; just look at what happened with Ludogorets last summer...
With their connections, the police would have the power to arrest, hit, detain, or hand out bans without any real cause... honestly, that's basically what's happening to us already.
Stop posting such nonsense, people...

I don't see why UEFA would tolerate a club that averages only 4,500 people per Champions League match, plays in a stadium that's practically a wasteland, sets negative records, and has fans throwing flares on the field. They are the black sheep of the Champions League by every metric. Some kind of penalty is inevitable, and being expelled from Europe for a season is totally possible. And as for the stance against you guys, aren't you already facing stadium bans and being put on watchlists? What else do you actually have left to lose?🤷

Actually, it is. With no major sponsors and zero ticket revenue, once they joined the European Union on July 1st, they should have lost all municipal funding under the law. The only things keeping them afloat are European competition and player transfers. If you take either one of those away, the club is finished.☕

There isn't much to celebrate here. 🤷 It’s honestly just sad to see people deluding themselves into thinking Jerry Maguire is somehow losing his grip or about to be ousted from football; he’s actually more powerful than ever. When you're dealing with someone who has deep ties to politicians, the courts, the police, and even intelligence agencies, trying to take them down through standard legal channels in this country is a complete waste of time. You need to rethink your strategy entirely, because if you keep going at this pace, you won't have rid of him by the time you're old and gray.

It’s just one thing after another...🤣
At this point, the only way they're getting Jerry Maguire out of Dinamo is if they drag him out in a body bag.🤷
