Can I just swing by, pop in, and head right back out? I was feeling pretty rough this morning, but honestly—I’m doing alright now.

That weird, dull ache

I've been dealing with this weird, dull ache—about two inches inside the rectum—for quite a while now.
It started maybe three years ago, but it was super rare back then... maybe ten times a year, usually just in the morning right before I get out of bed. Honestly, I figured the pain was probably triggered by the act of waking up. Anyway, long story short, today it hit a breaking point. It’s this intense, nasty, dull pain, and for the first time ever, it's actually making me vomit. I'm also dealing with dizziness, cold sweats, and some sharp pains around my belly button.
Can anyone give me some advice? Any idea what might be going on here??
