First off, buying a GPU for a rig like this isn't exactly a smart investment. And limiting yourself to one specific model makes it even worse.
Something like a Radeon 2400 or a x1950, though personally, I think anything over $50 is just throwing money down the drain for such an ancient machine...

Honestly, I feel bad dropping more than $67 on this absolute junk heap too, but I'm stuck working with it for at least the next two months 😉
Basically, I just need anything that can actually run http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_of_Tanks

Kyle Sanchez4 said:why that one specifically? you could get a better, newer generation card for just a little more money

Current setup:

Motherboard: Soltek SL-KT880E-GR/R/RL (5 PCI, 1 AGP, 2 DDR DIMM, Audio)
Processor: AMD Athlon XP, 1917 MHz (11.5 x 167) 2600+
Current graphics card: RADEON 9000 SERIES (128 MB)
RAM: 1.5gb ram (ddr1)

I don't think I could actually make use of any "newer" generation card anyway, and I'm a bit short on cash for any major upgrades right now...😉

I'm actually hunting for that "GeForce 6600 GT with 256 MB", though that other card might do the trick too... plus, you can't really argue with the price...😉

I've been hunting for an old-school classic for quite a while now without any luck, so I'm hoping someone here might actually have some leads...
So..
Wanted : GeForce 6600 GT
