The signal is weak, though that might be due to the walls in my building. My goal is to pick up a hotspot from a friend who gave me permission to use his connection. We're about 300 meters apart, with 5 or 6 walls in the way. I need something legit, like an Alfa transceiver paired with a 10dB antenna—something with a real effective range of 932 miles 2000mW or 3000mW. Ideally, even with obstructions, I need at least 700 meters of reach. I really need some help here. Thanks in advance.🙂
Grab a Casen G5000; I believe it packs 2000mW and comes with a 10dB antenna, BUT MAKE SURE IT'S THE REAL DEAL. You can find one on eBay for around $30-$$117 enough, so you won't go wrong.😁
