Messaging vs. Email vs. Snail Mail: Which is best?

I know my dad used to send my mom letters back when he was working at sea, and we actually still have them tucked away somewhere—though looking at them is mostly just a reminder of how absolutely terrible his handwriting was. 😬 Like someone else mentioned, there’s just something more intimate about it; you can see their actual handwriting, smell the paper, maybe catch a hint of perfume or even a lipstick smudge. You can archive those letters and revisit them whenever you want. Those were simpler times, I guess. Nowadays, everything has shifted—new tech gives us a million different ways to reach out to someone instantly. But at the end of the day, no matter the medium, that spark and that feeling remain exactly the same when someone special reaches out to you. 🙂
