Best video surveillance software?

Brandon Patel86 said:Hey everyone, does anyone know of a good surveillance software for a DVR card in my PC? I'm running 4 cameras. I used to use DICO800, but it just won't run on Windows 7 anymore.
If anyone can suggest a free version or some reliable open-source alternative, I’d really appreciate it!
That's actually a solid program..
