Issues with my betting account

I used a friend’s Visa yesterday to deposit nearly $100 into my account—and sure enough, the system immediately deducted the amount needed for the bonus, leaving me with a measly 30 cents... It says the funds should be available at a specific time, but support is acting completely oblivious. I’ve sent them messages and they’re just ignoring me. I was reading some threads on the forum saying things can take up to 15 days to actually hit the account... So, should I expect this to settle in a few days, or have they straight-up robbed me? Because $100 isn't exactly pocket change—if they're really such scumbags, then we have a problem. Has anyone dealt with this before? I already triggered the BONUS!!🙂
