A little window will pop up, and you just type in whatever question you're looking for. Once you're done, there's a "Submit" button right below that box (that's what you click), and then your post goes straight onto the thread.

I wanted to pose a question: Is it actually okay to use sea salt in a Bestway pool? I spent quite some time searching for the correct post template to submit my inquiry, but for some reason, I simply cannot locate it.
