GPU Buying Guide - (Read first post)

Hey guys,
so uh, can you guys help me out? I need some solid advice on a GPU and a power supply for my current setup. My budget is around $567 total. I just want to be able to play all the newer games without my electric bill going through the roof xD Here's what I'm running right now:
ASRock 880 GMH U3S3 motherboard - AMD 880G SB850, 4 DDR3 slots, 2 SATA3, 5 SATA2, basically an upgrade over the old 880GMH USB3
aMaze 503 case
Phenom II X6 1090T processor (3.2GHz, 9MB, 125W) box Black Edition
Kingmax Black Edition 4GB (2x2GB) DDRIII 1600 non-ECC, CL9.0, 128Mx8, FLGE, NANO spreader
Seagate Barracuda 7200 HDD (3.5'', 750GB, 32MB, Serial ATA III-600), ST3750525AS
Samsung SH-S223C internal SATA DVD burner, Bulk, Black
