Outwardly rotated feet: What's the deal?

Hey there
I know some people deal with feet that turn inward, but mine are basically pointing completely outward—we're talking almost 180 degrees
which makes it a massive struggle to even get them facing forward
Is this actually a thing, like a disorder similar to having feet that turn in, and can I fix this with specific exercises?
