Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?

I had septoplasty two years ago, and my nose felt even more congested than before. A year later, I went back for a second surgery. Now, the congestion is worse than ever. On top of that, there’s this constant, unpleasant smell I can't explain, and frankly, it scares me. I went to see my doctor and laid everything out, but his response was that my septum looks perfectly straight and he can't find any issue. Meanwhile, I can barely breathe. It feels like I have cotton swabs stuffed up my nose constantly. It’s a disaster. And for the record, my surgeon was that Parasite guy.
