shadowpanther19 said:I’ve been digging through the head-to-head stats between the Atlanta Hawks and the Phoenix Suns, and honestly, it looks rough for the home team. In their last 10 matchups where Atlanta played at home, they only managed to pull off two wins. It’s pretty obvious the Suns just have their number when they travel to Georgia. 🤷 I was thinking about taking the spread (+7.5) or maybe even going for the 2-game parlay/alternative line at 3.90. Is it worth throwing a small amount on this?
Honestly, I haven't a clue... there were days when the Phoenix Suns struggled against the Charlotte Hornets, but then again, the Hornets were playing without half their roster...
Man, I totally missed this... http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/s...l-scoring-list
He’s only 24 points away from passing Shaquille O'Neal, and he was born in Philadelphia 76ers territory too... Does anyone actually find +27 attractive? Or is the Philadelphia 76ers defense just enough reason to stay far away from this one?
If you ask me, this situation plays right into Kevin Martin's hands... assuming he doesn't have another absolute disaster of a game tomorrow. If things stabilize, Luis Scola starts looking like a serious option again.
I just caught the highlights from that Chicago Bulls vs. Brooklyn Nets game, and honestly, even without Luol Deng and Gibson, the Bulls still walked away with a 15-point win. Now, looking ahead, the Nets are dealing with way more injuries, while the Bulls aren't even at full strength yet—they probably won't have Carmelo Anthony in the lineup either. In my opinion, the spread should definitely be wider than it is; I’m thinking they need to go past -8.
Something like this would be a more realistic look... Melo +25 The Nets lose by more than 8.
So, what’s the take on the Brooklyn Nets at -91... they’re missing a ton of guys right now... and the Chicago Bulls are actually putting on a decent defensive show... but let's be real, the Brooklyn Nets always seem to find a way to drop 90+ points, damn it... and they really shouldn't be doing it this time Thoughts?
And if Melo was playing like his old self from last year, we might actually stand a chance... But right now? His shooting is absolutely pathetic... going 3-for-15 is just pure nonsense... Still, I think I’m going to end up playing him anyway... as long as Jeremy Lin doesn't go out there and drop 40 points on us...
What would be the smarter play here... LA Clippers - Clippers ML or taking the Clippers +190...
The Clippers are looking solid, but Orlando is on a serious roll right now... If Dwight Howard starts getting aggressive and drags Jordan into foul trouble... They could easily rack up a ton of points from the field...
And what the hell is going on with all those injuries over on the Hornets? We've got J. Jack, Carl Landry, and that center Smith who took at least three hits to the head during the last game before getting knocked out... Is there anyone actually willing to write it down clearly that they definitely aren't playing, instead of just calling them "game time decisions"?
If these guys are truly out... then SAC should take the win, damn it.
