Where can one find this... The current situation remains quite complex—though perhaps more predictable than one might have initially assumed... Tablets...?
Could someone please help explain these lab results? (My mother is 71 years old)

Peripheral blood smear: Anisopoikilocytosis with partial hypochromia. White blood cells are sparse, though morphology appears normal. Platelets are low—some rare megacytes noted.
Myelogram: Hypocellular bone marrow. Megakaryocytes are reduced. Rare megaloblasts present. No significant increase in immature blast-type cells. Plasma cells account for div>

Thank you—I actually did some searching on Google regarding that specific point. It’s quite confusing to me whether it constitutes an error or not... but there it is, listed as a four-digit number on my hospital discharge papers
