Alright, look... I just signed up for this forum so I can finally ask a few things (I’ve been lurking for a while because tons of you guys have dealt with the exact same crap I am).
I'm 15 (turning 16 in two months), standing about 6'0"-6'1", and weight-wise—I haven't hit the scale lately, but it bounces around a lot 🙂 last summer I was at 147 lbs, then dropped to 136 in October, back up to 147 in March (measured at school gym class)... right now I'm probably sitting around 150-152... anyway, let me get straight to it.
Phimosis, paraphimosisWhen I was like 8 or 9, I tried pulling the skin back over the head for the first time—and surprise, surprise—I couldn't get it back. Next morning, I wake up and the whole thing looks like it's been pumped up (it was super swollen, maybe half a centimeter wide at the opening)... What do I do? I didn't tell my parents (maybe that was actually a smart move given how it turned out) but coincidentally, it was my buddy's birthday that day. So I go. I didn't exactly act like a total snitch 😁 but man, walking was rough... After a few hours, I went to pee and—boom—the skin was totally back to normal, no redness or anything. Everything was fine again after that mess 😁. But seriously, if you ever experience paraphimosis, get to a doctor immediately 🙂 if I had gone then, I would've been 100% fine by now (but today it wouldn't even be an issue)
.
As for phimosis, I know I've got it. I haven't seen a doctor yet, but I've scoured hundreds of threads on this site and others. I have the most common type—I can't fully retract it when it's flaccid (the bottom part reaches the end, so it's not that the part itself is too short, but from the angle I'm looking, it won't go all the way) and when I'm hard, I can pull it back slightly less than when it's soft (talking full erection) but often when I start pulling, it relaxes a bit because I spend about a minute just working the skin to stretch it; so yeah, it's large, but much more flexible than when I'm fully erect—and in that state, I can pull it the most, but the real issue is that ring of skin that constricts everything when it's pulled up—if that ring were wider, I could slide it back easily, but whatever... I read some guy's story on a forum who cured his phimosis at age 24—he just stretched the skin for 6 weeks, twice a day for 2 minutes each session. I've started doing the same until school gets too crazy. Basically, I started stretching the top part of the skin and it looked way more flexible after the first stretch—but again, the bottleneck isn't the skin itself, it's that tight ring... after a few days of exercises, I saw progress. After 3-4 days of training, I could barely fit two fingers in, then after a minute or so, I could fit my thumbs and still have room for another thumb—so it's working. I've slacked off a bit because of school, but I often stretch the skin slowly during masturbation to help loosen it up.
What do you guys think—can I actually stretch this out with exercises? I really don't want surgery so I don't end up with my head constantly exposed. Otherwise, just the tip (center to center) isn't sensitive, but the area around it is.
Man boobsAlso, Mother Nature wasn't exactly kind to me here either 😁
I've got gynecomastia—the right side is a bit more prominent than the left. I've seen a buddy who has it too—his are symmetrical, sticking out just like mine, but he's skinnier so it looks terrible on him. For me, I did some pushups and weight training two years ago to pack on some mass since my ribs used to stick out—and I succeeded, but those rib tips still show and it's asymmetrical.
I've seen those devices that are supposed to help alleviate (not fix it completely, but help a lot) the deformity. Can those work since I'm 15? Some guy on a forum said they helped his younger brother who was also 15... Anyway, here's a photo (not mine):

I’m about 85% there, except my right side doesn't stick out nearly as much as the left, and my ribs aren't popping out as bad 🙂.
Also, I gotta say, since I started those exercises, my abs are looking solid (at least when I flex), which is cool. The only real headache is my chest—the left side sticks out about two centimeters more than the right, and the muscle is off by a centimeter too, just because the chest itself isn't symmetrical, so the muscles follow suit.
If those gym machines actually work, what kind of damage am I looking at for the price? And if anyone knows anything about surgery, let me know.
I've already rambled enough, so I'll wrap this up. My nose is pretty crooked! But honestly, people don't even notice it unless I point it out. Is there any way to fix the cartilage?
