Basically, I was just trying to decide between these two, so I didn't bother going into too much detail at first. But look, here’s the deal: I need a laptop for college—Computer Science major—so I need something capable of handling programming, everyday stuff, and maybe some light gaming... if it can actually run CS:GO, that would be great.

I also stumbled upon these other two options that caught my eye.

I'm leaning more towards that Apple device, though... from what I hear, their laptops don't tend to run into many issues.

I guess those GPUs just aren't cutting it on them after all...🙂

The specs on these two are basically identical... almost too similar.
I’m leaning toward the first one because that IPS screen is a huge plus, not to mention the backlit keyboard. But then again, the second model just looks better... the design is more my style.

Can anyone actually help me make a call here? 🙂

What does your current or upcoming setup look like, and what kind of power supply are we talking about? I've got an Intel Celeron, 1.5GB of RAM... do I really need to list everything else?
