GPU Buying Guide - (Read first post)

Hey there!
I'm looking to pick up a new graphics card, maybe something around the $333 mark, if I can actually find it at a local shop here in Chicago.
My current setup looks like this:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz
MSI P43-C51
3GB DDR3 RAM
Corsair cx400w
I'm running a 1680*1050 resolution on a 22-inch monitor, and I guess what I really care about is being able to run FIFA 11 smoothly with decent quality, and maybe I could even get some Civilization V or Starcraft ii going too, if that's possible.
