Naked at the doctor's office

I’m right there with David on this one.
I'm currently in my sixth year of medical school.
Throughout my studies, I've seen it all—the good, the bad, and the ugly. Honestly, some patients have been so incredibly kind and trusting that I've actually found myself checking in on them during my off hours. None of us are here to cause you any trouble.
In my opinion, the biggest issue stems from a lack of basic professionalism among the staff—whether it's students, nurses, or doctors—which is something I personally find hard to stomach. A simple explanation or just saying "if you please" can work wonders.
It is absolutely your RIGHT to decline any exam or procedure, including when a student is involved.
My only request is that if you do find yourself in that position and decide you aren't comfortable with a student performing an exam, please at least handle it POLITELY.
