GPU Buying Guide - (Read first post)

I've got the following setup, and I was wondering what kind of graphics card you guys would recommend for around $110. Also, is it even worth upgrading the GPU at this stage, or should I be looking at swapping out the processor (and maybe the motherboard too)?
