Back home, they do things the exact opposite way... I didn't even realize that until I was playing ball with some guys from Savannah and Charleston.

It’s actually the exact opposite of Three. The whole point is to rack up as few points as possible. Basically, whoever hits 51 first loses. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. There's a ton of strategy involved. You have to play the big cards when the pot is low, or dump specific colors so that once they're out of the deck, someone can drop a different ace and really stir the pot. Plus, all the calls go toward -3, so you can easily end up sitting with a negative score.

Anyway, a better question for the fight: how does the dealing go? Is it clockwise or counter-clockwise?😁

If I absolutely have to choose, then make it a double.

The elite tier of card games:

1. Poker
2. Blackjack
3. Spades

4. Everything else. 😁
