Greetings. I find myself facing a rather frustrating situation regarding my physical development. I am nearly 17 years old now, but looking back, my growth seems to have stalled almost entirely since the 8th grade. At that point, I stood about 5'3", and despite all this time passing, I’ve only managed to reach 5'4". It feels incredibly stagnant. I’m not entirely sure if I phrased this correctly, but I’ve developed some significant skin texture issues on my abdomen—most people just refer to it as cellulite. My question is, can I actually smooth out that orange peel texture through plastic surgery?
