Breast health questions

Hey there...
Since yesterday, my left breast has been hurting. It feels a bit harder than usual and looks slightly swollen, plus the skin feels warmer to the touch—almost hot, actually.
I had my baby about nine months ago, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to breastfeed.
The last time I felt this kind of pain was when I first got pregnant and during childbirth, though back then both sides were acting up from the milk production. This time, it’s just the one side.
My period should be due in about six days, but since I have a Mirena coil, I'm honestly not sure if I could be pregnant again.
Should I be worried and go get checked out by a doctor?
