I’m dealing with the exact same headache issue. It hits hardest right above my right ear, then radiates out toward the back and covers about half my head.
This isn't a one-off, either—it's happened at least ten times now. Right now, the pain is absolutely unbearable, though it eventually tapers off after a few hours, or sometimes it drags on for half a day.
