Which PSU should I buy?

I've been looking at the power supplies over at ADM and noticed that the SeaSonic 520w has dropped in price, making it cheaper than the Corsair vx450w by about $10.

I think I read somewhere that Corsair offers around 500w of actual capacity, and they're supposedly pretty good about working with you if a unit fails, kind of like how Logitech handles things.
Since I'm getting close to buying my new PC (with an x4 630 and an HD 4770), I really want to grab a beefier power supply so that in a few years—maybe four or five—I can upgrade to an x6 processor and add a second HD 4770 in my CF.
