Which PSU should I buy?

So, I’ve got a bit of a situation here... my sound card recently kicked the bucket, so I went out and grabbed a new one. Got it installed, everything seemed fine, and it actually worked... but then I tried to reboot the PC and the whole thing just refused to boot up. It's like, dead silent. So I pulled the sound card out, restarted, and suddenly the computer works perfectly without any issues. I've tried reinstalling the drivers a bunch of times now, but it’s the exact same story every single time... the machine runs totally fine when the card isn't in there. Does anyone have any clue what might be causing this mess? 🤷😕
