I'm looking for some solid power supply recommendations under $167 that won't drive me crazy with noise. I need something reliable and high-quality. Here's what my current rig looks like:

MBO: ASrock 970 Extreme
RAM: Corsair DDR3 1600MHz 4GB
HDD: 2TB WD Caviar Green SATA III
