Which PSU should I buy?

Hello. I'm facing a bit of a dilemma regarding a power supply. I'm trying to decide which one to pick.
My budget is roughly $500-$200.
Intel Core i5 4460 CPU 3.2 GHz Kingston 120
1x 8 gb ram
NVIDIA GTX 950 strix
ssd + hdd
4 case fans
1. Zalman ZM500-TX
2. Fortron Hyper M 500
3. Fractal Design Integra M 450W
I might be open to other suggestions if you have any, as I don't consider myself much of an expert when it comes to power supplies. Ideally, I'd prefer something relatively quiet and reliable. If they happen to be modular, that would be a plus; I suppose I just dislike having extra cables cluttering up the case.
