It won't, it just won't—and I don't think it's an issue with the video file itself. I tried it on my sister's computer using that same VLC media player, and it works perfectly for her, both in VLC and Windows Media Player. I have no clue what's wrong with my setup that prevents the picture from showing up... 🤷

Quick question... I've got this series downloaded in MKV format, but no matter how hard I try or which player I download, I can't get the video to show up—it's just audio.
I'm honestly at a loss here. Any smart suggestions??
