Here’s my take on this...
I can tell you for certain that those issues were caused by poor habits.
If you change those habits, they will disappear within that same timeframe. Trust me on this.

LOL... once your boss catches a glimpse of your backside, you can kiss that promotion goodbye! XD

Anyway, I promised I would share how a friend of mine finally dealt with her hemorrhoid issues.

Basically, she boosted her intake of dietary fiber and overhauled her diet, all while using a high-potency Aloe Vera concentrate.
She mentioned putting a few drops on a cotton ball and applying it topically to the affected areas (you all know better than I do exactly where that needs to go).
She also dropped a couple of drops into a glass of water and drank it before meals.

Just a heads up: please don't private message me about this because my inbox is already overflowing... you won't find this Aloe Vera at your local grocery store.

I'll most likely see her on Tuesday, so I will follow up then!

I'll just hang tight. Hopefully, I won't be waiting too long before they call my name!

Why on earth would you find it unbelievable that she had hemorrhoids? Honestly! Even younger people deal with them. And even the good-looking ones too!😉LOL!

My doctor keeps warning me that I'm headed straight for hemorrhoids. Honestly, I thought I had at least another 10 or 15 years before dealing with that! I was under the impression that nobody younger than 30 or 35 ever had to worry about this stuff. But hey, life always finds a way to surprise you!

Sam Williams53 said:Look, I'll be blunt: my pain tolerance is practically zero. When a sharp pain hits, I just can't deal with it for long. If things get bad enough that I can't even think straight, let alone function like a normal person, I simply take some medication. Period.

Don't get me wrong—I am absolutely not a pill addict. It’s quite simple: when the pain becomes truly unbearable, I take something to manage it!

Most people—at least the informed majority—understand that medication is often a necessary evil. We should always aim to choose a natural alternative whenever possible, but let's be honest: that doesn't always work out in practice.

Without a doubt. I’ve heard it more times than I can count: a person really is their own best doctor. 😉

Sam Williams53 said:Look, everyone has their own go-to "drug" that works for them. Some people prefer Aspirin, others go for Ibuprofen, or maybe Tylenol... you get the idea.
Personally, after my hemorrhoid surgery, I took Ketorolac forte and it worked wonders.
The bottom line is this: just take whatever medication you usually tolerate well so you don't end up with stomach issues or anything else. That’s all there is to it.

Sorry... but honestly... many people can overdo it with those kinds of things. I am certain they help, but only when the situation becomes absolutely unbearable.
I only reach for a pill in an absolute emergency.
I am actually on a lifelong therapy regimen because of allergies and some bronchitis... but I only use it when it is strictly necessary (usually during peak allergy season).
I have dealt with the flu, colds, and headaches for three years now. It all comes and goes... but I don't touch pills.
To avoid going off-topic...
On Tuesday night, I met a girl—who, quite frankly, I was shocked could even suffer from hemorrhoids—who managed to cure hers. They just receded after she changed her diet. She gave me the brief version of how she did it, and since I am seeing her again in a few days, she will explain the details.
Prevention is always better than a cure.😉

It is a fact that they won't just go away on their own... my neighbor actually had to have surgery because of it. I am not entirely sure what the specific procedure was, since it isn't exactly a pleasant topic of conversation.
I certainly wouldn't want to end up in that situation.
Recently, I have started educating myself more about healthy eating habits—better late than never! I still don't know everything, so I constantly consult my nutritionist regarding what I should eat, or what I can eat to resolve certain issues... and so far, it is working quite well.

If you are unsure how to adjust your diet, find a nutritionist or a dietary consultant. They will definitely be able to help you (mine is free XD)!

This topic is a bit awkward, but honestly, that’s just the way the world works today. People tell me you'll start dealing with hemorrhoids by the time you're 23, so there's no avoiding it.

I actually felt some anal tearing myself, so I heard that diet can fix it—and they aren't kidding when they say "let food be your medicine."
I started cutting back on dry foods and drinking more fluids. It helped a little, but... there was still that "but."
Then, I attended a healthy eating seminar and saw several people who completely cleared up their hemorrhoids just by changing their diet and eating balanced meals.
In fact, they didn't just fix the hemorrhoids; they also lost a few inches off their hips and around their waistline!

So, speaking as a relatively young guy, I can tell you this: just change your diet and everything will heal in time. Nothing happens overnight. PROVEN.
Look, I am no medical expert, but since I personally know someone who battled this, I can offer some insight:

She was a professional model. At first, everything was perfect. Then, she noticed an extra five pounds. Just five pounds! Who cares? That’s barely a snack for most people.
But in her attempt to fix it by changing her diet, she started...
Whenever anyone offered her a chocolate bar, a cookie, or even a soda at the checkout counter, she would always say, "No thanks, I can't." She swapped juice for water—and eventually, she even cut back on how much water she drank.
Of course, she still had to eat occasionally. Her meals were tiny and low in calories, but they were also almost entirely devoid of nutrients. If the menu offered chicken, fried potatoes, and salad, she would pick the chicken and the salad, but she’d only eat half the chicken.

That went on for a while. She actually lost one pound, but it took forever. This dragged on for maybe two months.
Then, she began purging after meals, drinking nothing but water. Eventually, her body just learned to reject food automatically; she would vomit regardless of what she ate. She tried to sustain herself with vitamins, but things spiraled until her body reached a critical stage where it began rejecting water too. By then, she was already hospitalized.

Doctors saved her life using specialized liquid nutrition rich in vitamins and essential nutrients. They administered this through a feeding tube in her nose. Thanks to that nutrition, she gained 21 pounds, but now she looks frail—just skin and bones. You can only imagine how she looked when her body was even rejecting water. I thought about posting a photo, but it's far too graphic for public viewing.

The bottom line is this: if any of you run into eating issues—whether it's anorexia, uncontrollable hunger, or gaining weight despite eating very little—find a wellness coach and ask for advice.
