Hey everyone.
Quick question here—I won't write a novel because everything is still hitting me pretty hard. My boyfriend's dad was just found to have a brain tumor (it showed up on the CT and MRI scans). The neurologist is already assuming it’s malignant, even though they haven't done a biopsy yet. There's some talk about rushing him over to Washington, D.C. to get things handled immediately.
So, my question is: how can she be so sure it's malignant if there hasn't been a biopsy?
Sorry for dumping this on you all, I'm just totally shaken up and confused by the whole thing...
