From what my girlfriends have told me, there’s zero pain involved when everything finally clears out... honestly, it feels no different than just having a regular bowel movement. It’s basically just all the waste and sludge that’s been sticking to your intestinal walls for years. Even if you went on a total water fast for a week, that stuff isn't just going to budge on its own. You actually have to take specific herbal supplements that act like a magnet to pull it all out, and only then does it leave your system. Plus, you drink this special homemade broth that helps rebuild your gut microbiome.
I’m telling you again, you can’t just dive into this blindly; you really need to do your homework and prep properly first.

Look, you seriously need to sit down, take a breather, and actually think about what you're doing here. Dial it back a notch, okay?😉
What you’re planning to do is basically intestinal suicide. You’re going to wipe out your entire gut microbiome, which is absolutely vital for your digestion. Honestly, if you're dealing with some major issues, one klistir a year is plenty—but doing this twice a day for seven days straight? That's 14 times in one week. You are going to end up with some nasty health problems if you go through with this.👎

p.s. Are you trolling or what?😕

Look, it's not like this idea just popped into my head out of nowhere. I know people who have done this and swear they felt amazing afterward. I just wanted to hear more from people who've actually been through it.

So, the question was basically: "Has anyone actually dealt with this before?"

. Honestly, if you really want results, a klistir is the way to go 👍! I actually dropped 4 pounds in just three days while I was stuck in the hospital because of a klistir 😁.

And yeah, that includes using a klistir twice a day.

Ugh, I feel the exact same way... honestly, it’s just bizarre seeing people post their own photos right next to that. I mean, what you're seeing in those pictures wouldn't even start making an appearance until you haven't eaten for a few days. And obviously, just fasting isn't enough on its own... you really need to be using a toxin absorber and something like Chomper to actually pull all that junk out and flush it from your system.

It doesn’t say anywhere that you’re limited to just plain water. You can also go on fruit and veggie juices, along with all those different vitamin and mineral supplements to make up for what you aren't getting from actual food during those seven days.

My bad, I totally misspoke there... I meant the elimination of intestinal waste, not diarrhea. My mistake!

Look, I’m not talking about some crazy detox diet to drop weight, or anything related to fighting off an illness or inflammation. I’m strictly talking about clearing out the waste sitting in your gut... you know, that buildup that just accumulates throughout your entire life. We all have it in us, and honestly, it doesn't mean you're sick, nor does it mean people who don't bother with this aren't "normal." It's just that after doing a ton of reading on the subject—and since I already know it’s actually possible—I just want to get it out of my system.
Here’s a link so you can see exactly what I'm getting at.
And before anyone starts judging, this didn't come from some fringe group of conspiracy theorists.

Hey everyone!

So, I’m currently gearing up for a massive body reset—I'm planning on doing a seven-day fast. It’ll be strictly water, some juices, and herbal supplements to help flush out toxins from my gut and give my kidneys a much-needed deep clean. Has anyone here actually gone through this before? What was the experience like for you?
Thanks!
