Look, I have nothing against any real fan, even the idiots. Even on derby day, I wish every idiot all the luck in the world—just not while they're in my section, on my street, or near my team. Every fan I know fits into the "3 Is." We’re all irrational, infantile, and idealists. Otherwise, we wouldn't be fans at all—especially not in this messed up league where we're probably the only ones dumb enough to actually believe in anything...

The internet is basically just a playground for those 3 "Is." It's where we engage in infantile bickering and try to tear down each other's ideals. I don't see why everyone has made it such a taboo lately. Honestly, if it's considered totally normal for one fan to knock someone's teeth out, break a jaw, or hit them with a flare, why is it suddenly "wrong" to poke a little fun at each other online?

I hope I don't have to explain how crucial the center position is in water polo.

And that last sentence of yours? That is the absolute last thing that should happen in that match.

As for why I quoted that post, it’s because calling the greatest water polo coach ever a "brat" is just wrong.

If we keep going like this, we'll just spend forever satirizing this unpleasant scene that was basically a mess to begin with... Everyone knows what happened. If anything, the Americans would just keep whining about some "deadly intent" never before seen in the history of the sport... It was just a reckless, uncontrolled swing and a hip check. If he had actually landed it properly, Filipović wouldn't just be missing a penalty shot; he'd be missing a head. Honestly, I still don't get why Americans feel the need to make such a huge deal out of it and justify themselves to everyone. I'd much rather talk about that elbow that Mexican guy threw last time, haha.🙂
I agree with this, and I hope Anthony James2 gets sanctioned for his comment, just as Dobud gets penalized for that reckless move. ☕

I also hope that next time, Filipović gives Dobud the finger while he's in the water, no matter what the cost to the team. 😁

Since we're dropping historical links, I have to admit: the atmosphere used to be incredible at Wrigley Field. There were plenty of heavy clashes there, and you rarely see anything quite like it anymore.

If you set aside the Chicago crowd, it's interesting how every ten years or so, things get wild at Wrigley Field with massive groups showing up; those extreme situations happen more often than you'd think.
