Look, man, if that's your stance, why bother with these movies at all? Would you prefer they didn't exist, or would you rather society were at a higher level, producing films that are actually intelligent and soulful?-😁

Richard Howard2, try not to be so apocalyptic. It’s quite simple: there are good movies and there are bad ones, just as there is good music and bad music. I am certain that quality films will continue to emerge in the coming years. Until then, I simply turn off the screen when I realize I'm watching garbage.😬

I stopped watching soulless movies a long time ago. I simply don't bother. Terminator 2 had soul, and somehow it managed to be better than the original. It defies logic, yet it remains true.

The last film I watched that possessed any actual soul was "The Last Samurai." The plot feels like it was lifted from "Dances with Wolves," but the film retains its own charm, spirit, and uniqueness.
