For me, the pain starts in my arm and moves upward🙂 toward my heart and chest... and lately, it even shoots up into my throat🙂
I don't even know how to put this into words..
The pain lasts for quite a while... sometimes longer. It’s hit me several times right when I was trying to go to sleep.. It hurts so bad I can barely swallow...
I haven't gone to see any doctors or gotten any tests done because it's calmed down recently... But honestly, I'm pretty sure stress is the main culprit here.🙂

Same here... honestly, I think it’s just pure nerves 🙂
