That’s really the million-dollar question, isn't it? Honestly, I’ve got a penicillin allergy—but I haven't touched the stuff in over a decade, so that's a non-issue now. Other than that, my sinuses have been perfectly fine my whole life and I don't even touch soda... so there's really nothing to point to.

I've been dealing with tonsillitis issues forever, but honestly, this past month has been a total nightmare—my tonsils are constantly swollen and just straight-up painful... but here’s the weird part: I don't have a fever or any of those other typical infection symptoms. Even my blood work looks fine, like my ESR levels are totally normal. I actually asked my doctor a while back if I should just get them surgically removed, but she shot me down immediately—said she wouldn't recommend the procedure because I don't have an enlarged spleen or anything like that. So, anyway, what am I supposed to do about these tonsils being permanently inflamed and hurting like hell? Over the last month, I've knocked back a dose of Erythromycin and one Azithromycin, which seemed to clear the inflammation up for a bit... btw, I can't touch Augmentin because I'm allergic as hell.
