Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice? in Health ·

Are these creams prescription-only, or can I just pick them up over the counter? And do you apply it specifically to the growth itself?
Do you have any advice on what to take for the pain?

I’m originally from Mexico and I dealt with this exact same thing myself; it lasted about 40 to 45 days, and while there was a significant growth, it wasn't actually painful. When I finally saw my doctor, he examined me and told me it was just thrombosed, essentially saying I should just leave it alone because it would resolve on its own without needing surgery—and honestly, that’s exactly what happened. I did try using Procto Synalar n and Modolex, but the doctor mentioned those are really only necessary if you're experiencing actual pain, since the issue eventually clears up by itself.

What you're describing sounds like perianal thrombosis. I dealt with a similar situation toward the end of last month, and it ended up hanging on for about 35 to 40 days. For me, the actual pain was mostly concentrated in those first 7 or 8 days, during which time I was applying Procto Sinalar and Modolex to help manage things. Since the thrombosed mass was quite large, I made sure to see my doctor about it; he basically advised me to just be patient and let nature take its course, telling me it would resolve on its own—and thankfully, it finally did.

Velesila😉 Oh, come on, they aren't just fourth; they're actually third among the former America teams—which puts them fifth in all of Europe—and if we're talking about basketball, they're straight up number one in the old America region. 😁
