I don't think we're going to find many people on this specific thread who happen to have those details sitting on hand.
What was suggested above is honestly the path of least resistance—it's significantly faster and more efficient than trying to crowdsource this on a forum.
You noticed there hasn't been a reply in days; yet, if you were to start a thread asking "What's your favorite letter of the alphabet?", you'd probably see 150 responses within the first five minutes. 😁
Haha, I have to agree with you on the part about the alphabet.
Regarding the Google search, I haven't turned up anything useful besides maybe 800--$300 which feels like way too many options considering I'm not even planning on heading out for summer vacation.
Anyway, thanks for the input; I'll keep digging a little longer.
