The risk for heart attacks and strokes is pretty high. I actually started taking this after some tests based on my internist's recommendation, and he was monitoring me the whole time. But then, five months later, I ended up in the ER—and of course, he happened to be the one on duty. My blood pressure was through the roof, I almost passed out, and honestly, I thought I was a goner. And what does he tell me? He says it’s just age, blood pressure fluctuations, and other random stuff, telling me to just keep taking the medication. I didn't listen to him, though. I just stuck to my exercise routine and eating healthy. Thank God, I'm doing fine now. If I had listened to that doctor, I might not even be here today.🤷
