Pulled quad muscle in Health ·
placiddrifter26 said:You've gotta wait three weeks before getting back into the game—basically, you need to give that leg some serious downtime, otherwise, you're just asking for another injury. Wishing you the best!

hahahahahha I'm gonna die from laughing or crying, honestly
My coach is already breathing down my neck telling me to get back for some light training this Tuesday—just enough to move around, you know?
But then by February 9th, I'm supposed to be going full throttle again.
Luckily, it's not some massive pro organization, so the practices aren't quite that cutthroat.

Thanks a ton, man—that’s exactly what I’m planning to do!
My mom actually has this homemade herbal tonic—shoutout to my grandpa for the recipe—and I’ve been lightly massaging it in for some deep relief. Then, I just wrap it up and leave a warm compress on my leg overnight
Hopefully, things start looking up soon!

Hey everyone! So, I’m super active with soccer—playing in some competitive youth leagues—and during practice today, I totally botched it and pulled my quad. I didn't really warm up properly, then I went for this sudden sprint and—bam—this insane pain hits me, honestly felt like someone was taking a knife to my leg. I tried to power through it, but about 3 or 4 times when I tried to sprint again, that sharp pain just came roaring back. Now, even a basic jog is out of the question, let alone anything intense. Help a guy out, please! What should I be doing? How long do I need to sit this one out, and what kind of stretches or exercises actually work...
It doesn't feel like a full-on muscle tear or anything, but man, the pain is brutal.
Thanks in advance!
Best injury relief sprays? in Health ·
So, I’ve finally started getting into soccer—just doing the whole thing, you know? Training, local matches, all that stuff.
I'm definitely gonna need some kind of injury spray on hand.
Where can I actually pick some up, and what kind of damage am I looking at price-wise?
Is this the kind of thing I can just grab at a CVS or a Walgreens?
