Can a doctor refuse to hand over my medical records, and are they required to keep them on file for my ongoing care?
Do I have the legal right to request my results just to make some copies?
This might sound like a strange question, but I get the feeling my doctor is being hesitant about letting me see them. I've decided to ask for everything tomorrow because I want to get a second opinion, so I was wondering if anyone knows if I’m actually entitled to that?
