A close friend of mine is currently making her way back home from Canada, and she’s trying to figure out the logistics regarding healthcare. Specifically, she wants to know if Americans are entitled to free health insurance upon their return to the States, or if there's a monthly premium she should be budgeting for if it isn't covered.
