Two and a half hours of the most repulsive music I have ever had the misfortune of hearing. Honestly, I don't think even under extreme duress would I sit through that.

Okay, I’ll admit that this whole thing with the mask feels a bit silly, especially since it looks so obviously artificial... but I suppose some things are just worth overlooking... you have to give the lead actor a little grace here.😁
Oh, and for me, the absolute best song has to be "The Point of No Return."😍 (It's just pure passion, really)😍
And yeah, if you ask me, the title track is the only one that actually captures that 80s vibe.
Everything else just sounds like classic orchestral music.😉

I suppose you even have some rather comical observations to make, but perhaps you might actually form a more substantial opinion on the whole matter if you ever decided to actually READ THE BOOK. So, back in 2004, they finally released a film adaptation based on that famous musical.
I’m honestly not quite sure how everyone else felt about it, but I personally found it to be a really wonderful movie... there’s just something about the way the story unfolds, paired with the music and those visual effects.🙏
That being said, I suppose no film can ever truly measure up to the original book, which I think does an even better job of capturing such a beautiful, fairy-tale-like narrative.😍
What are your thoughts on it?
