My thanks to you as well.
Thanks a ton. Both of those sites are incredibly useful, so I probably won't even need to bother asking questions here—I'll just stick to browsing through the various threads.
Greetings,
Could someone please recommend a supplement that actually delivers proven results for improving performance and speeding up progress, provided it isn't some shady substance or a steroid?
I am also open to suggestions for mass gainers, though if I recall correctly, those tend to be most effective only after months of consistent, disciplined training before you see any real movement.
And just to be clear, this isn't about trying to look good for summer or being lazy; it's simply that my schedule occasionally forces me to neglect my workouts. I might train hard for a few months and then hit a dry spell, and I have no intention of letting all my previous gains vanish during those lapses.
If I'm being too blunt or out of touch, please excuse me—I haven't kept up with the current landscape of supplements as much as I used to.
One final note: I am not interested in anything strictly for muscle definition; my primary focus remains on building mass.
Thank you.🙄
Is overclocking something you just handle directly in the BIOS these days, or am I still going to be messing around with hardware mods on the motherboard or the CPU itself or whatever else is out there...? 🙂
Can I just finish my entire build, shove the whole thing into the case, and then worry about the overclock later, or do I need to have everything laid out and ready to go right now?
