Depression is a real illness, sure, but sometimes it starts with a sort of gloomy outlook on life. Before things really take hold of me, I try to remind myself that life is a gift—a privilege, really. It's a massive opportunity to see, learn, and experience so much. Yeah, pain, misery, and jerks exist... but those are just part of the package to help you recognize what's actually good, what has purpose, and what has meaning. That's where you find the strength to push through it all. Even through the depression.
It's good to stay grounded...
Anyway, goodnight. Tomorrow is a new day, and spring is right around the corner. I can already see the little flower bulbs poking their heads up through the soil.😘
