Peterson Hospital

If you've had a nightmare experience at our local municipal hospital, please, vent here!
It all started about six years ago when someone very close to me went into labor during her first pregnancy. Since she was a first-time mom, the staff assumed it would be a long process, so they let her go to the bathroom—which ended up being the birth site. It resulted in a beautiful baby girl, but unfortunately, her life began with cerebral palsy. Of course, the doctors covered their tracks; there isn't a single signature on the discharge papers to hold anyone accountable. A few years later, I found myself in that same hospital after a miscarriage, nearly dying from sepsis because they failed to clear everything out properly. I had to undergo a second procedure just to fix their mistake. A year after that, I gave birth at the same facility to a gorgeous, healthy little girl (I can't even begin to tell you how terrified I was going into that delivery). Thank God, she is doing wonderful, but for three years now, I've been dealing with a mysterious medical issue that the doctors can't quite pin down. It’s been happening since the birth and is clearly tied to my cycle, so it's obviously a gynecological problem.
I know plenty of people have had smooth deliveries at Peterson Memorial, so I'm left wondering: is this just a string of terrible luck hitting me and my family, or is there a systemic issue at Peterson? 😕
