My BMI is technically ideal for a man, but I’m honestly not happy with how I look; my stomach area is a mess, and I just can't seem to shake this stubborn fat. I watch what I eat, I try to stay active for at least two hours every single day, I cut out heavy dinners a long time ago, I don't touch sugar, and I don't drink juice—it's just water and unsweetened tea, sometimes up to 5 liters a day... but I just can't get my midsection flat.😕
Ab workouts are useless right now because they won't do anything until you burn off the fat layer first.
Does anyone have any actual advice?😕
I guess your issue isn't even that massive! First off, your BMI isn't actually ideal... it's just within the normal range, so you probably need to put on a bit more weight (muscle mass, obviously)! You'll get abs by working them, which is obvious, but you aren't going to see those "six-pack" lines through ab exercises alone; you have to run to burn the cover off! We all have those muscles, it's just a question of visibility, and that depends entirely on how much fat is sitting on top of them. It looks like you've really disciplined your diet and you're being careful, so I suppose your only real option left is to start running! If you hit the pavement for a few miles every day, you might see some great results in a few weeks. Maybe you could also try taking some L-carnitine (I'd suggest carni-fx or thermo-fx) to boost the effect, though I guess you don't strictly have to.👍
