Anyone know why my Call of Duty is stuttering ever since I switched over to Comcast? My connection is way better now, obviously, but the game runs like absolute garbage—feels like I'm running on a potato. It was totally fine back when I was stuck on dial-up (even if the speed sucked)... I already wiped my hard drive and did a fresh install of Windows 10, but no luck. The game just hitches constantly, even though my ping is rock solid! And it’s only happening with Call of Duty... when I jump into Halo 2 multiplayer, everything is smooth as silk. So yeah, we can definitely rule out hardware requirements for this game. I’ve tried everything: toggling the firewall, reinstalling the modem drivers... nothing works. I'm using a USB modem, which I know puts a bit of a load on the CPU. I've got an Intel Pentium, so maybe that's the bottleneck? BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER WHEN I PLAY HALO 2!! Seriously, I'm at my wit's end here. Please, I am begging you guys, help me out!
