I was supposed to head out to Vienna today for a concert, but it just got canceled. Honestly, I can't even put into words how bummed out I am right now. Give my Facebook page some love—maybe it’ll help things pick up 😉

Bryan Gomez27 said:Is it actually possible to get nose surgery without messing with the tip? I have this thickening that starts at the bridge and goes down toward the middle, which makes that section look a bit raised. I’d love to smooth that out, but I really want my nose tip to stay exactly how it is right now. Basically, I don't want a surgeon coming in and lifting the tip too much and turning me into Miss Piggy... does anyone know if this is doable?

Yeah, you definitely can... it's all about what you discuss with the surgeon during your consultation. 😉
Count me in on this thread too. Honestly, I’ve become a bit of an expert on nose jobs at this point because I’ve already gone under the knife twice, and yep—there’s a third one on the horizon :O
How did I get here? Well, my first round was mainly to fix a deviated septum. That actually made a huge difference for my breathing, and let's be real, it gave the shape a nice little upgrade too. The second time around, I had to go back because my cartilage ended up looking way too bulky compared to the bridge of my nose. So, they went in to slim down both the bone and the cartilage. At first, I was absolutely loving the results, but it’s been a year since that last surgery and my nose has changed significantly. Just a heads-up for everyone: don't expect to see the final version after just a month. You really won't see the true result until about six months have passed. I’m not trying to freak anyone out, but... yeah, I'm heading back in for another procedure because that cartilage issue is back. I had my previous surgeries done at the local clinic with Dr. Smith, who is honestly a great guy, but I am praying to the universe that this is the final time... if you guys have any questions, feel free to reach out. Xoxo🙂
