Have you guys ever heard of the USA 2006 method? I’ve been sticking to it for about six weeks now, and I swear, the increase in vertical leap is basically guaranteed. Personally, my jump went up by double—I used to struggle to hit 18 inches, but now I’m clearing 35 inches without even breaking a sweat! You should really look up USA2006 on Google; if you follow it, you might actually start jumping like Vince Carter. Speaking of which, I wanted to mention Air Alert 3 for a second. Don't get me wrong, Air Alert is a decent enough program, but I feel like it puts way too much stress on your knees and joints just to squeeze out a few extra centimeters. Honestly, you're better off doing the USA 2006 routine instead. Not only will it help your vertical, but I guess you'll also see some pretty great improvements in your overall speed, agility, and raw strength too!
